Fashion Show Production

In the event that a client is interested in a runway show at LA Fashion Week or off-site, Dell et Ruhs manages all that is media-related. Dell et Ruhs has an extensive database for invitees and will manage the guestlist, seating, RSVP’s and sending out of the invitations. In the weeks leading up to the show, Dell et Ruhs will secure sponsorships and organize the gift bags for the event. Day of show, we will run check-in and seating as well as any needs front of the house.

In addition to these services, Dell et Ruhs is your direct liaison for IMG, the company that handles LA Fashion Week. Dell et Ruhs will organize and assist in deadlines, planning and execution of entire production, and serves as a support for those clients who are not familiar with runway show production.

Rates for show production are not included in the monthly retainer, however, clients under contract will be considered eligible for half the regular rate. Details are available upon request.
