Dell et Ruhs assists in event planning and execution, and strives to keep the client within their budget while serving their purposes and gaining the sought-after exposure. Typical events that Dell et Ruhs has experience planning include press previews, store openings, runway shows, trunk shows, celebrity gifting suites, charity events and brand or collection launches.

Dell et Ruhs has contacts with caterers, DJs, venues and bartenders to plan events and tailor them to your needs. Dell et Ruhs also has contacts with liquor sponsors and other vendors to assist in staying within your budget. In keeping with the integrity of the company, Dell et Ruhs will advise clients when an event is worthwhile and be honest and forthright when an event is not in their best interest.

In order to stay within budget, Dell et Ruhs may decide it is best to seek out sponsors. These may be in the form of bar services, gift bag items, product, or dollars. For example, for a runway show, Dell et Ruhs will assist with any accessories sponsors, magazine sponsors, beverage and product for the gift bags.

Concerning events, Dell et Ruhs will handle all outreach, guest lists, check in and anything pertaining to the media. This can include interviews, photography, celebrities and more.
